The facility consists of a 3,000 m² factory space and a 1,000 m² administrative section. The structural system features a combination of prefabricated concrete and reinforced concrete, ensuring both durability and functionality for modern industrial needs. The factory includes a mezzanine level across the entire production area, while the roof structure is built using prefabricated concrete elements.
The building's facade and roof cladding are constructed with heat-insulated galvanized steel sheets, ensuring thermal efficiency and durability. The innovative siphonic rainwater drainage system efficiently handles rainwater, contributing to the building's long-term functionality and sustainability.
Designed with a focus on operational efficiency and modern industrial needs, the facility integrates cutting-edge construction techniques to ensure a highly functional workspace for both production and administrative operations. The prefabricated concrete elements used in the roof structure provide additional structural resilience, while the overall design prioritizes both energy efficiency and durability.
